get rid of both parties

I think the two or more party system is really ridicules. I get the impression that it's like two sports teems against each other, and and the people rooting for their home teem. Some people vote one way or the other because it's a family tradition. And the idea that all of one party has to have a platform, and all stick to it When it comes time to vote for your representative or senator , just pick the person and not have any party affiliations . When the congress votes in the house or senate , they usually follow party lines. There main mission in congress is to fight for control , control, control,. They are forever accusing each other for one thing or another, which wastes half their time. I'm ready for a
change. roger gunderson rockenrog@live.com

Stop Using Feed Corn in Ethanol Production NOW

The time is now to help right the ship that our politicians put us in 20 years ago. Family farmers are the backbone of our country. Around 20-30 years ago, large corporations starting gobbling up the heartland family farms and running them. Corn was a huge reason for that, as it fed livestock for generations. The farm corporations hired lobbyist to coerce our elected officials to repeat the mantra that ethanol would help us lower our dependence on foreign oil as it was blended into gasoline, and it would greatly enhance the corn production in America. It did for the first 5 years. But what they didn't tell you: because the profits on selling your corn to an ethanol producer were so great(no transportation cost hauling it by barges to ship overseas, they just drove down a county road in Iowa and emptied their tons of corn in the dozens of oil baron ethanol plants located in the great plain/prairie) a large part of the corn crop was now being steered towards ethanol production and away from animal feed, with less supply of feed corn the cost of food sky rocketed over the years to where it is now, that mammoth aquifers of fresh water(that should last for 1000's of years) sitting under populations of only tens of thousands have been drawn down by all the ethanol plants that use 9 gallons of drinking water to produce 1 measly gallon of ethanol and an entire bushel of corn only makes 2 gallons of ethanol. Chile and California grow and use sugar beets to produce ethanol with no impact on feed corn but still high fresh water usage. Hydrogen fuel is the answer to fuel our cars, we need to commit to this NOW!

Obama Not The Savior DNC Promised Us

When will the USA voting public wake up and admit the 2 party system is MORTALLY WOUNDED AND STICK A STAKE IN IT AND GET ON WITH THE FIXING?!?!?
The Tea Party is correct, the 2 syndicates that run/ruin our country have got to go!
BUT, all party labels must go as they divide us from electing REAL LEADERS/ THINKERS that can solve our problems and eliminate corporations/lobbyists from their role in owning the DNC and the RNC.
Obama can't do what he said he would because he's been swallowed up in the antiquated 2 party system that's bleeding our country dry!
Only independent elections, from municipal to federal, will save our country from ruination!
Please go to getridofbothparties.com and join for a measly $5 or $10. If you're a wealthy person that wants to become partners in saving the USA, my goal is to have a foundation sponsor the website(so I don't have to charge members to join) and allow me to hit the road and take this message to all parts of this place we call home.

Let Nationwide Voters Choose Healthcare

1st Saturday in November run a national election with 3 simple choices. I know we have elected officials that should decide on this, but you know what, I can't trust 90% of them anymore. Too much lining their pockets above the table(their campaign fund) and below the table(trips, tickets, wine and dine, or their favorite, CASH) by corporate lobbyists and special interest groups that have hijacked all levels of US government(Fed., State, County, City, etc.)!!!

Voter's choices: 1. Keep current healthcare with insurance companies only.

2. Choose federal universal healthcare or keep existing insurance companies.

3. Federal universal healthcare.

SIMPLE!!!

"Good v. Evil" Dynamic In Use Concerning Heath Care Issue

As stated on my site, the "Good v. Evil" dynamic that surrounds almost every topic debated BY ONLY TWO PARTIES/ONLY TWO POINTS OF VIEW/ONLY TWO SOLUTIONS creates an emotion filled, name calling public(Obama is Hitler, etc.) that can't/won't approach solving the problem as any level headed, educated American should.
If we had independent elections based on a person's thoughts rather than betrothed to D/R party mandated by special interest groups that finance them, the USA could "move outside of the box" of only 2 choices to govern your life and offer many ideas to solve problems.
The answer to the health care debate is to publish in newspapers(for people that don't use computers, that's right, millions of VOTING AMERICANS never touch one) and on the WWW
info on all countries that provide free health care to their citizens and all paperwork that shows costs of their particular systems since Day One. Heck, if they can do it, we can do it better! Americans are well known for stealing/borrowing ideas from other countries when it come to manufacturing industries. Let's do the same for the health care industry and cure it!
